Chablis is very dry, pale gold in color, with a very fresh, lively, mineral nose; There's a wide range of aromas, with notes of gunflint, green apple, lemon, undergrowth and mushroom, green apple, lemon, undergrowth and mushroom. There are also notes of linden and mint, acacia and even liquorice.
Wine ageing potential: 5 - 15 years
